*BLACK FRIDAY gift cards can not be used towards any currently scheduled appointments. They may be used for future appointments that have not been scheduled. Cancellations require a 24 hr notice. If you cancel 24 hrs before your scheduled appointment there will be no fee charged to your card on file. Appointments that are canceled within the 24 hr scheduled window will be charged 30% of the total cost of the scheduled services to the card on file. No shows will be charged 50% of the total cost of the services scheduled to the card on file. There is a 15 minute grace period for each appointment. If you show up more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, you will be asked to reschedule and your card on file will be charged 50% of the total cost of your scheduled services. Unfortunately, we can not accommodate guests that are more than 15 minutes late. To ensure we provide you with the best experience and results possible, please be on time!
